Court Continued

We answered questions for two hours at court today, and all things considered it went very well. Unfortunately, a paper we had notarized and given to our court rep a few days ago got lost, so they continued court until tomorrow when we can bring a new copy. We went to the notary and got the new copy as soon as we left the court house, so we are prepared to bring it in the morning at 9am. At that time the judge should issue his final decree.
Our orphanage director and our inspector both spoke with favor of us and how well we have bonded with Luke. The director said that she talked with him and asked him if he knew that we are his parents and he said 'yes, I love Mama & Papa.'
While we had hoped to complete court in one appearance we are so thankful that God gave us the words to answer the questions and that He has brought us this far.
We will post again tomorrow as soon as we can.

Praise the Lord!..God is faithful and just. We have to admit if the day had gone wrong it would have been very difficult to be joyful and still praise. But we all could have managed that. God gives us strength. Cannot wait to hold that little boy. We will celebrate the plane landing of our newest American citizen in the combined families. The prayers go on- rest easy. And by the way Dan,well you know. We are Mark's parents and Donut's in-laws,so gotta say it-Jesus Lives. And by the way we love you too. You are a good friend to those two. Hang in there children. We can't wait until the next call. Love, Mom & Dad

It reall sounds like is working things out (He is bigger than all paperwork).

Remember the scripture I sent yesterday: Matthew 10:18-20 and Luke 21:10-15 and while the circumstances are different the spiritual truths are very appropriate.

We know you are trusting God as He works His will out in your lives. We are looking forward to having all three of back home soon. God will continue to bless as you faith grows.
